Please note that we are unable to make any changes to your order once it has shipped.
Your card will be charged once you successfully place your order. All prices are listed in USD. Any applicable taxes will be detailed in your order.
Sales tax varies depending on where you live and what items you purchase. We take this into account when figuring out the amount of tax charged on an order.
Shipping & Delivery
Any order shipped within the United States is eligible for free ground shipping! Please note that if you’d like to receive your order sooner, you can opt to purchase expedited shipping. The cost of any expedited shipping will be applied at checkout for this service.
For orders shipped outside of the United States, various shipping options will be presented at checkout. Note that we unfortunately cannot offer complementary shipping outside of the United States at this time.

All orders are processed within approximately 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed.
We ship to any address globally that's serviced by UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS.
All shipping address changes can be made in the My Account section. You will have the option to select a new default shipping address or add an additional address.
We currently ship with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS. Please feel free to contact us should you require use of another courier and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
The estimated delivery time for most ground shipping couriers is 3-8 business days to any location within the US mainland. The shipping methods offered during checkout will differ based on your shipping address and number of items being ordered. While we remain at the mercy of our couriers, selecting expedited shipping at check out should result in the delivery time specified.
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (unused). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Kindly note that the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the amount refunded back to your original payment method.

To start a return, simply contact us at hello@salviearth.com. Once your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (if you wish to use our discounted shipping services), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

After we receive your returned items, we will process your refund back to your original form of payment. Any original shipping fees and "Duties & Taxes Reimbursements" will not be refunded. Please allow 5-10 business days from receipt of your returned item(s) for your refund to post.
